To get started, unlock the diffuser, remove the container inside, fill it with our premium oil, remember do not mix with water, place it back inside, and plug the diffuser into a power source and diffuser will start operating. You can control mist intensity, operating days, and hours through the Dr Scent app.

To keep your diffuser working at its best:

Gently wipe the bottle and diffuser head every time you change the oil
Use a soft cloth to remove any residue
Avoid rinsing the diffuser or using harsh cleaners
Routine cleaning helps maintain scent quality and prevents buildup.

For best results and to avoid damage, we recommend using Dr Scent Aroma Oils only. Our oils are specially formulated for our machines. Using other brands may clog the diffuser or affect its performance.

Most of our aroma oil bottles last 4–6 weeks, depending on how you set your diffuser. Settings like intensity, duration, and daily schedule (adjustable via the Dr Scent app) will affect consumption.

Yes! All our diffusers come with a 1-year warranty. We stand by our product quality and are happy to help with repairs or replacements if anything goes wrong within the warranty period.

I’ve tried many types of diffusers but this one is my favourite , my house smells amazing and I don’t have to have it turned on all day as it allows you to control run time and rest time.

Loving the eco tulip diffuser definitely worth the purchase. Like how it’s controlled through an app with multiple configurations so convenient. Not only does it sit well along with my home decor it efficiently spreads the scent throughout my entire house I could smell the scent in every room. Works just as well as the more expensive models only far more affordable. Definitely recommend .
