To get started, unlock the diffuser, remove the container inside, fill it with our premium oil, remember do not mix with water, place it back inside, and plug the diffuser into a power source and diffuser will start operating. You can control mist intensity, operating days, and hours through the Dr Scent app.

2. How do I clean and maintain the diffuser?

To keep your diffuser working at its best:

  • Gently wipe the bottle and diffuser head every time you change the oil

  • Use a soft cloth to remove any residue

  • Avoid rinsing the diffuser or using harsh cleaners
    Routine cleaning helps maintain scent quality and prevents buildup.

3. Can I use any oil in the diffuser?

For best results and to avoid damage, we recommend using Dr Scent Aroma Oils only. Our oils are specially formulated for our machines. Using other brands may clog the diffuser or affect its performance.

4. How long does a bottle of aroma oil last?

Most of our aroma oil bottles last 4–6 weeks, depending on how you set your diffuser. Settings like intensity, duration, and daily schedule (adjustable via the Dr Scent app) will affect consumption.

5. Do Dr Scent diffusers come with a warranty?

Yes! All our diffusers come with a 1-year warranty. We stand by our product quality and are happy to help with repairs or replacements if anything goes wrong within the warranty period.

6. Are the diffusers safe around children and pets?

    Dr Scent Eco Tulip — Address

    I only recently started using my Dr Scent Eco Tulip, and I’m already really impressed.

    I have a 300 m² home**, so I was curious to see how well the Tulip would actually work throughout the house. I placed it roughly in the center of my home and left the doors open so the fragrance could travel.

    I have the fragrance intensity set quite low at around G3, so I honestly wasn’t expecting the scent to reach as far as it has.

    After being out of the house and coming home, I was greeted by the most beautiful fragrance throughout my home. It genuinely smells like walking into a 5-star hotel — clean, luxurious and inviting, without being overpowering.

    What has impressed me most is that the scent has wafted throughout my entire home, despite the Tulip being centrally located and running on such a low setting.

    I also have to mention the exceptional customer service. The communication throughout the process has been fantastic, and delivery was incredibly quick. From ordering to receiving the product, the whole experience has been seamless.

    It’s only been a few days, but so far I’m loving both the Eco Tulip and the Address fragrance. If this is how my home smells after just a few days, I’m really looking forward to seeing how it performs over the coming weeks. I’m also really looking forward to trying some of the other Dr Scent fragrances** and finding another favorite.
