Our diffusers turn aroma oil into a fine, dry mist using cold-air nano technology. There's no water and no heat, so the scent stays true. Fill the oil bottle with Dr Scent oil (never add water), put it back and switch it on. Then use your phone to set the scent intensity, and the days and hours you want the diffuser to work.

Use Dr Scent aroma oils only. They're made for nano-mist diffusers. Thick, water-based or other brands' oils can clog the nozzle, and damage from them isn't covered by the warranty.

In the Dr Mini, a 170 ml bottle lasts about 5 months. These figures are at intensity grade 7 for 8 hours a day. Lower grades or fewer hours make a bottle last longer.

The Dr Mini holds 100 ml of oil at a time. Our 170 ml aroma oils are the right size: one bottle fills it about 1.7 times and lasts about 5 months. If you love a scent, the 500 ml bottle gives better value per ml.

It runs on two D batteries or plugs straight into the power. Sit it on a table, or mount it on the wall with the wall mount and screws included.

Wipe the oil bottle and diffuser head with a soft, dry cloth each time you change oil. For a deeper clean, when you switch scents or the mist gets weak, unscrew the bottle and head and soak them in isopropyl alcohol for 5–10 minutes (for example Diggers Isopropyl Cleaning Alcohol 99%, from Bunnings), then let them air-dry before refitting. Press and hold Set for 3 seconds afterwards to reset the oil level reading.

Still no mist? Check the Power/Battery switch matches how you're powering it, that your app schedule isn't in an off period, and that the bottle is screwed on tightly. If that doesn't fix it, or you hear an unusual noise, contact us — it's covered under warranty.

Our oils are formulated to IFRA Standards, the international safe-use limits for fragrance ingredients, and our diffusers use no water or heat. Because everyone reacts to scent differently, start on a low intensity and keep an eye on children and pets the first time you use a new scent. Keep the diffuser out of reach of children and pets.

Somewhere central and higher up, so the mist spreads before it settles: a shelf, a cabinet top or the wall. Keep the nozzle at least 30 cm from walls, furniture, artwork and electronics, and point it away from air-conditioning returns.

Yes. Every diffuser has a 1-year warranty against manufacturing faults. Contact us with your order number and we'll repair or replace it.

Yes. Businesses can lease a diffuser with a monthly refill and service visit, on a 12-month contract. Trials are available for businesses too. Apply through our lease form.

Ultrasonic diffusers mix a few drops of oil with water and make a wet mist that covers a small room and adds humidity to the space. Ours diffuse pure oil as a dry mist, so the scent is stronger, covers more space, adds no moisture and there's no water tank to clean.
