FAQ

1. How long does a reed diffuser last?

Usually about 3–4 months. It lasts longer with fewer reeds, in a smaller room, and away from heaters, direct sun and air vents.

2. How do I set it up?

Take the bottle out of the box, open the cap and remove the inner cap (stopper), then put the cap back on. Place the reeds in the bottle. After a while, the reeds draw up the fragrance and spread it through the air.

Use more reeds for a stronger scent, or fewer for a lighter one. We recommend turning the reeds once a week.

3. Where should I put it?

On a stable, level surface away from heaters, direct sun and air vents, which make the oil evaporate faster. Keep it out of reach of children and pets. The oil can mark polished wood, so use a coaster.

4. Can I refill it?

We don't sell reed diffuser refills yet. Our home aroma oils are made for electric diffusers, not reeds.
